November Sunday Assembly: MEANINGFUL DEATH AFTER MEANINGFUL LIFE
San Diego, Calif. - November 15, 2014 -- We can all make a difference in the lives of others through adopting a child, being there for a friend in need, or even holding a door open for someone whose hands are full. We give our lives meaning through our actions and our connections to other people. Even in death, one organ donor can save as many as eight lives, and this too can be part of the legacy we leave behind.
Join Sunday Assembly San Diego on November 23 as we explore life, death, and the search for meaning with Scott Snider, R.N. Scott will share his experience as an organ transplant coordinator and help eliminate some common myths regarding donation.
The event is free and includes songs, snacks, and good company. Everyone is welcome, and childcare will be provided.
