Conflict Resolution, “Animal Style”

How does conflict make you feel? Do you avoid it at all costs, or is dealing with conflict your superpower? Or somewhere in between? Dr. Rebecca Ferrini, Medical Director at Edgemoor Hospital, will dive into various conflict resolution styles, discuss the pros and cons of each, and when we might want to utilize them. Giving us a tool for identifying our styles. Dr. Ferrini will help us discover how we can become more comfortable and effective in managing difficult conversations.

Sunday Assembly San Diego is an inclusive non-religious community that meets monthly to hear inspirational talks, connect for service projects, sing songs and generally celebrate life.
